Fostering community spirit through events, engagement, and support for the Cedar Lake Community Club.
Cedar Lake Lakeside Activities (CLLA) is a formal organization governed by its bylaws that promotes the objectives of the Cedar Lake Community Club, either by providing support to club activities or through its own initiatives. To qualify as a member of CLLA, a person must be an active member of the CLCC in good standing with current dues paid.
The executive board, made up of ten elected members, meets during the third week of each month. Any active CLLA member is welcome to attend an executive board meeting. The annual meeting for the entire membership is held in April of each year.
Some perennial favorite events hosted by CLLA include Cedar Lake Weekend, potluck dinners, Halloween “Trunk or Treat” tailgate and pumpkin carving, wine tastings, winter parties, the Boat Regatta and Dessert on the Docks, Santa visits, Easter egg hunt, and much more.
CLLA is always open to new ideas for events and fundraisers to support community activities. Any CLLA member can chair an event with support from the executive board.
